Francine has lived in Los Alamos since 1978. She and her husband Paul moved here from Florida after Paul accepted a staff position as a chemist at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Francine and Paul raised their three children in friendly Los Alamos: a married daughter who lives and works in Washington, D.C.; a son who is an Officer in the Marine Corp; and a daughter at college in Florida.
Throughout the years of raising her children, Francine has become very familiar with Los Alamos and, has always been an active member of the community. Her volunteer work in Los Alamos has helped her gain a greater understanding of the community and the area. She is a volunteer in the areas of education, politics, sports, and church. Francine is presently on the Los Alamos Group Home Board for the Handicapped.
